Monica is right, there isn't a large literature on this unfortunately. However you could start with Jim Hopper's excellent page as a starting place --> http://www.jimhopper.com/male-ab/

Jim worked with Bessel van der Kolk, a leading figure in sexual abuse work. I don't think Jim is involved in that field any longer, but his page may give you a good head start on resources.
