Mental Health Resources for Pacific Rim Countries

In a world of business that is looking more and more like countries without borders, I am finding that there is an increasing need to provide mental health (MH,)services for both ex-patriates and nationals. Specifically, I am currently identifying MH resources in some Pacific Rim countries. In the process of developing these resources, I am discovering that some countries do not recognize MH issues. However, I have heard that providers are still practicing in these areas. If anyone is interested in developing resources in the Pacific Rim countries, I would be very interested to contribute my time in helping out in this endeavor.
