Mental Health Screening for Children

I am working with a Safe&Healthy Communities Coalition which puts on a Health Fair for children each year. Children can be brought in by their parents and receive free health screenings (ie. blood pressure, vision, dental,etc.) but Mental health has always been a small booth over on the side where only existing clients visit. I would like to provide a simple, fast screening for emotional/behavioral problems for everyone to complete. I am searching for an inexpensive instrument to measure these dimensions. Any suggestions?
