Interested in Treatment Modalities for DID/MPD

I am interested in treatment modalities for MPD/DID. I am currently working with a difficult client whom requires at least four hour a week in therapy and numerous telephone cantact in between sessions. I have doubts as to my clients validity as presenting herself as MPD/DID. I would appreciate any sugestions you might offer.
