Wrong way up!

As a Registered Nurse in the UK, can I say you've got this completely the wrong way up! What about the poor patients who have to fit into the groups you're running either (a) for your own satisfaction or (b)to impress your superiors/peers. What have they done to deserve this?
Why not try seeing what your patients need, and then seeing if group work is a good way to deliver it? And if it isn't, be creative and think of a way you can deliver it.
