I worked for an adult day care in Paterson, NJ who was in the process of having software created for them in order to computerize thier medical and mental health updates and patient charting. This was about 6 months ago and I don't really know if it was finally done and implemented. The software had to be created because there was really no software out there that had the kind of texts needed in order to qualify for the proper medicaid and hmo reimbusments. Good Luck! If no one has marketed this type of software it certainly is going to be part of what will come in the next century!
