I also play an instrument, not close to 25 years, but none the less. This experiment and research has been done before by scientists. I personally listen to punk, not alternative, punk. I'm one of the guys you would see on skates getting kicked off of the courthouse because I was skating on the rails or ledges. When I skate without anyone around I usually don't skate as well and I'm much more prone to fall. When I'm with someone else or have Pennywise blaring from behind me I pull nearly everything. Also, have you ever seen an AC/DC concert or been in one. The people are going insane and having a great time, but I doubt that they would be moshing(that's what it's called) in the middle of the summer outside if there wasn't something to incite it.
