    Read The Mozart Effect, by Don Campbell. The book is subtitiled "Tapping the Power of Music to Heal the Body, Strengthen the Mind, and Unlock the Creative Spirit." I suspect, from an Adlerian perspective, that the impact of music on children and adults has a lot to do with one's style of life and aural sensitivity.
