Often, during divorce, the parents show that they are children. The more information to the parents who are in the process of divorce saying, "Be good to your kids. Step back, look at what is really in thier best interest. Get someone else to take a more objective look if you have to (at least one psychologist I know would be the last person on earth to be objective on this), in fact, ideally, have several people look at as many variable impacting the children to give opinions. Let's problem solve on this. As always, there are more options than we think. The idea of beating the former spouse into the ground at all costs is not only selfish (in the stupid way) it is lose-lose. Nobody wins here.
