Dear brothers and sisters, for daring to stand up against the Austrian government (my employer) I was diagnosed by a forensic psychiatrist as being neurotic (and also striked "by an idea to have suffered severe harm against my personality"). Please tell me how long is the maximum time a court can allege you to be incapacitive???

I am facing such a trail for longer than 3 years.

I was becoming agitated depressive, when I was attacked at workplace (forcible torn down my wig)... six years ago. I think I am ok now! Greetings
