In our school district, which has a large percentage of hispanic children, typically we use either the Examen de Inteligencia Wechsler para Ninos (EIWN-PR which is actually the Spanish translation of the WISC-R) or the Bateria-R (the Spanish translation of the Woodcock Johnson Pyschoeducational Battery). It is difficult to find any assessment tools that have been normed for all hispanic cultures and countries, but the Bateria-R does have a wider range norming sample. The EIWN-PR was normed with a sample exclusively from Puerto Rico. Many of the school psychs use nonverbal intelligent tests, like the C-TONI as a supplementary tool. For personality assessment, the MMPI has been translated and normed to Spanish populations and I believe that the Rorschach has been used as well, but I can't say for sure. Hope this has been helpful.
