I am working with a dificult case and would appreciate some feedback. A 51 year old man with no hx of alcohol or subtance abuse, no hx of std's or lyme disease is presenting symptoms of Vascular Dementia. MRI demonstrates several small strokes, none of which would fully explain the severity of symptoms. Thanks,
Currently, he speaks very little, is avolitional, and is experiencing a decline in personal care. The symptoms have lasted for three years.
Has anyone dealt with such a case?
