I wish to study a masters/PhD (in Brisbane Australia) on the psychotherapy of Schizophrenia for those who are noncompliant with medication, and am wondering what the latest progress might be with Ericksonian or other approaches. I have read Jay Haley's "Leaving Home" and Vaginia Satir's "Conjoint family therapy" which are approaches not requiring medication and am wondering if there have been any recent developments whether family or individually oriented. Yours gratefully
I have scanned BOL for any reference to Schizophrenia or other Psychotic disorders. I only found a brief discussion here in Febuary about noncompliance to medication and the reasons for, which I can appreciate.
