Hi, I'm looking for some guidance by seasoned health psychologists in primary care as I begin program development for the Behavioral Sciences track of an urban Family Practice residency training program. My training is in Clinical Health Psych (but I'm 'freshly minted') and I've just been hired to co-direct the above program (currently staffed half-time by a psychiatrist)in an academic multi-cultural medical center. The program is suffering from long-term negligence and I have carte blanche (but no funds) to make it thrive (grant funding won't be frowned upon, either, given my tenure-track status). Any leads on contacts/materials who may have experience/wisdom to share? Such great potential there with an at-risk/low resources population and supportive (but overwhelmed) physicians. Thanks. Anne
