The information you give is not sufficient for anyone to really give you much of an answer, even a general one. For example what do you mean by ‘chemotherapy’? What are you taking it for? I know people get trapped and in many places we are severely limited in terms of health options. That said I hope you have had a good talk with your doctor(s) about this. If they cannot invest time with you then get new ones. Even if we where to tell you about other medications you would have to find a physician to prescribe it. He and you would have to feel comfortable about it. All of that said Decadron is a powerful medication that affects many areas of the body not the least of which is the brain. If you are curious much medical literature is available here on the web and standard textbooks are available at most libraries. Nothing it easy. Brian
