Pretty amazing to see you reach such a diagnosis on such little information ;-) Seems to me that it is consistent with some views of personality disorder diagnosis, which is that such diagnoses are used when the clinician doesn't like or can't help the patient. Thus, it lets the clinician off the hook. I would re-iterate my previous post, which was to seek to assess more thoroughly, then reach a formulation of what is happening, in terms of the beliefs which are motivating these attitudes and behaviours.
