Ineed to know some things about art therapy.

Hello My school is starting an art therapy program. I would like to know how it could benefit our students. also what types of art will the children will be doing. I would like to know what other art therapist do in other countries around the world. Please me to understand and know how art therpy can benifit our students. I need to know if they do finger painting, knitting, drawing, or what. Can you give me a list of things that art therpist do with student ect. I work with behaviour challenged children. I love them so much. There is always something new coming their way I Just want to know more and if it may be a good thing .
