Art Therapy for ADD/ADHD, Autistic Children

I am currently helping a NGO who is setting up a support center for children with learning difficulties in Malaysia.

I am sourcing information on the following therapies for Children, Can anyone help?

1. Arts Therapy;
2. Music Therapy;
3. Play Therapy;
4. Massage Therapy?
