Is there anyone monitoring this board????

I've been coming by here for the first time over the
last week and I can't help but think what a shame it is
that this site is being used in this manner. The posts
seem to go unanswered, the some of the posts are rude or
inappropriate, and there seem to be a lot of questions but
few answers. I just hope I can find a site that deals with
this profession in a more PROFESSIONAL manner.
