Selection criteria for newsgroup posting??

I have noticed that some messages have been deleted from
this newsgroup (including mine on the ethics in practising
art therapy in neurorehab without proper qualifications).
I am wondering what the selection criteria entails to keep
postings active here. There seems to be a small number of
contributors whose names appear frequently versus many
different speakers. Perhaps we need to consider
collectively(?) this issue in order to pave the way for
various ideas to emerge, encourage free speech and open
discussion of issues pertaining to the expressive
therapies. Your (all of you) thoughts?
