How do I get the education I want?

I'm a freshmen art education major at
Indiana Unv. of Pa. I'm very happy
there but they do not offer Art Therapy
classes. I'm very much interested in this
as a career but I'm not sure what or how I
should go about including this into my education.
Are there courses I can take somewhere seperate
from my University that will allow me to persue
a career in this field?????
