    Hi...You wll find alot of Information on writing as therapy if you check several sources. Try the ARTS PSYCHOTHERAPY JOURNAL. I have written the Creative Exressive Journal, (40 pages of guiding information for creative expression, inspration pages spread throughout blank pages for working and an appendix.) It is for use with anyone, to document dreams, draw images and to also do creative writing. The work is very useful with variety of paients. I have used it mostly with adults who must leave the hospital but wish to continue their cretive expressive work after they leave, who may omay not stay in private sesions with me.
