Sophmore Art Therapy Major needs help for midterm

Hello, I am a sophmore at St.Thomas Aquinas College majoring in art therapy. My problem, if you could consider it one, is that for my midterm, I have to come up with a project to teach to my art therapy class, and also write a paper with an actual case study where this project has been used successfully. I have been searching for the past 2 weeks to no avail. I need a project, or at least some suggestions that i could use in this class. I have a 1/2 hour time constraint, but i would also like a project that would mean something to my fellow class mates, not any project just to make use of my time. I would also need a case study that goes along with this project and have been unable to find one. Maybe i am not looking in the right place. I would really appreciate anyone's help.
