I met an Italian psychiatrist doing videotherapy who was writing about it on this forum. He might know what is available in Italy. Unfortunately, he wrote a long time ago and his message has been deleted. I know he has posted in several places, so you might consider searching under VIDEOTHERAPY in one of the internet search engines. His first name was Gianni I believe. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
