Hi Katrina, I am in BC too (Vancouver). Glad to see that art therapists are being hired by Mental Health. I don't have exactly what you want, but I visited the American Psychological Association webpage and they had some great research information justifying the cost-effectiveness of funding psychotherapy as a way to reduce overall health care costs. They make quite a credible case.
