Art Therapy with HIV/AIDS infected/affected

I am a student working as a Rec/Art Therapist with individuals infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.I am primarily looking for some exercises to use with my adolescent population who are affected by AIDS. These kids have either already lost a family member or have a famiy member who is presently infected. Does anyone have any ideas for exercises to use with this population? Unfortunately, there is not much written on the subject
