art therapy, arthritis and the immune system, seeking information for thesis

I am working on my art therapy thesis proposal and am most interested to receive any references, contacts and programme information surrounding the areas of chronic illness, arthritis, psychoneuroimmunology/endocronology, creative journaling and art as medicine in general. I have heard that there was some art therapy being done with chronic illness patients in Toronto. There is a book that was produced from this, but my contact has lost her book. Can anyone help me with information on this? My Masters in Art Therapy is being undertaken at Edith Cowan Univesity, Perth, Western Australia. Thanks for your interest.
