Hi everyone,
The idea for this message was borrowed from reading the helpful introductory message in the cognitive therapy forum. (Thanks Jim Pretzer) which pointed out to newcomers how to post messages.
First thing: If you'd like to respond to someone's message, just click on it to read it, and scroll down to the end of the message and press the reply button. There will be a form that appears that will give you spaces to enter your name and the title of your response. I personally find it interesting if it is your first post, if you indicate your status as an art therapist, therapist, student, etc... along with your name. Then press post at the end of the message and your reply is complete.
If you want to post a message that is not directly related to someone elses message, then use the post button at the end of the main list of topics in exactly the same way.
You don't have to be an art therapist or creative arts therapist to discuss on this list. Other therapists and mental health professionals are especially welcome. So join in!
Sincerely,
Sophia Kelly
