Dr. Stein, I appreciate you responding so quickly. I hope you don't mind if I ask you another question. Since I'm writing an integrative paper, I would like to know, how do you know when to use a different technique from another approach? example: for panic disorder, if I was to start with Adler's approach, how do I know when to switch to another? I'm really far from understanding how to go about this. I'm really stressing out over this paper, I guess because I'm one of those people that try for perfection even when I know that nobody it perfect.

    Thanks again, in advance Gloria
