Default Where can I find Language forms organized?

I´m looking for a comprehensive compilation of all the language forms that can be usefull for hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Does anyone have a recommentation? I have just read Ericksonian approaches by Battino & South. I find it covering much of the important topics but I don´t find it that well organized.

I´m also wondering whether anyone know of someone who has has any ideas, on the posibility of using Relational-frame theory for explaining the language used in hypnotic techniques?
