Default You Gotta Have Friends

Happy to be here to talk and share. Realizing more and more just how important friends are!! Did you know that having a good friend greatly increases the chances of recovering from a mental health problem? I work with the SAMHSA and the organization just launched the What A Difference A Friend Makes Campaign. Was checking out the website and it really has a lot to offer. Been soooo busy lately and living in a new town that I don't have that many friends and probably haven't made time for the ones I do have. Ugh! Is that you too? If you go to the website - www.whatadifference.org/mentalhealth - you can learn how to be a better friend or find help if you could really use one right now. So JUST DO IT!
