Question Help!—"Scripted" Experiment

Dying, dead, or otherwise, I must attempt to get a response.

-------------------

I've run into a problem in my research and need someone's help who's familiar with CMC experiments.

To create an experiment with high internal validity, I will have to make a "script" of sorts for a participant to follow. However, I'm having trouble making the script feel organic for the participant. I need a Q and A type of interview, where the answers aren't lengthy, academic streams of discourse, and I'm not finding examples from previous research for what might work.

Does anyone have ideas, suggestions, or directions he or she might share? Much thanks in advance!

Rachel
