Question Fakes, Hoaxs and Phishing

Hello everyone

Thank you very much for this good and very infomative forums. I already found much interesting information here.

We (a group of students and me) are working on a report on "Fakes Hoax and Phishing" in the Internet.

We also want to take a look on the issue from the psychological view:

What makes people believe in fakes etc?

Do you have any links or information concerning the topic? That would be brilliant

We will keep you informed how the report goes,

Yours
Drknickel

I can't think of any research on that, but there might be something here:
