Default Nocturnal Enuresis

Hello! I currently have a client who, in addition to other things, suffers from nocturnal enuresis (11 yrs old). it's been pretty resistant to intervention in that past. I'm working on several fronts but, at some point, I will be addressing this problem with a program involving a urine alarm, reinforcement for following proper procedures when wetting occurs, overlearning and, if needed, bladder retention exersizes etc. first of all, am I on the right track as far as recommended treatments? also, there are so many Urine alarms out there - ranging from $20 to over $100 - does anyone have any experience with these? can we get away with the cheap ones, or, do you get what you pay for? thanks!
