Default Using Behavior Therapy Versus Existential Therapy

The goal of psychological treatment is to help individuals improve their current situation, offer new outlooks on their problems while promoting a strong relationship between the client and the therapist. This can all be accomplished by using behavioral methods. I wrote an article about it at
