Default CBT with co-morbid OCD and Schizophrenia?

The Fall, 2005 edition of Cognitive and Behavioral Practice includes an intertesting case discussion, a presentation of a case with co-morbid OCD and schizophrenia followed by several articles discussing CBT and pharmacotherapy approaches. An interesting example of how CBT can be applied with a very difficult situation.
