Paraphilias
I have a query regarding paraphilias. I am really intrigued as to why some people have them. I would love to know the makeup of their limbic system to see if it is any different than a person without paraphilias. Why do people have them in the first place? How does it come about? Is the potential there in all of us to have a paraphilia or two - both extreme and non-extreme? Its a fascinating study. I would like to hear some other people's comments on this or if they are doing any research on it.
