Default Ericksonian oriented book recommendations for treating sexual abuse

What are regarded amongst the best books available in the Ericksonian/Solution Focused paradigm relating to treating problems stemming from traumatic events such as child abuse?

Thanks in advance
John

I have a chapter on that in my new book: Assembling Ericksonian Therapy published by Crown Publishers. (Stephen Lankton)

I know that Yvonne Dolan has written some books on the subject of sexual abuse. However, I am not sure if she would really be called Ericksonian as she did not study with Erickson directly as far as I know.
