Default CBT for IBS

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a relatively common problem which can cause considerable distress. It turns out that CBT can often be quite helpful. A brief introduction to CBT for IBS can be found at http://www.apa.org/divisions/div12/rev_est/cbt_ibs.html.
