Default ACT Research Corner

If you are like most busy cognitive therapists, then you find it difficult to keep up with all the CT research that is published or have discussions about this research with your colleagues. To address this issue, the Academy of Cognitive Therapy Board of Directors initiated a Research Corner to the ACT website.

Each month, a limited number of recently published articles will be identified which, over time, will address a range of disorders and different populations. The choice of articles will be announced to the ACT listserv and simultaneously posted on ACT's Website in the ACT Research Corner.

Please visit the Research Corner at to view abstracts of articles designated for this month's Listserv discussion.

If you cannot open the link above, please go to ACT's homepage ( and click on "Research Corner."

ACT members are encouraged by ACT to discuss the articles on the ACT listserv. Both ACT members and non-ACT members are encouraged to discuss them in this forum as well.
