Default Telephone-based CBT

While it may seem self-evident, it turns out that CBT works over the phone as well as in person. For example see . While there are drawbacks to doing therapy over the phone (missing out on non-verbal cues for one), it is really handy when it isn't practical for the client to come to your office.
