Imprinting Diversity
 
Interesting brief interview with Joachim Messing where he discusses a recent paper that found many more imprinted genes in mammals, suggesting this may be a major form of epigenetic regulation and an important source of genetic diversity.

Very very cool and good news but no surprise...could be a player in the nature of national characteristics after a war...
