Psychotherapist missed 3rd appointment in 2 months

Hi there, I am recently in therapy for the second time to help me work out some issues in life. I am wondering what it means that my therapist missed three apointments... the first was medical the second one she forgot! and last week she had another medical excuse. The first time she missed the appoinment, she had not gotten back to me till the next day. The second one, she had forgotten... the third she left me a message but I was already at her office by the time I got it.
She seems nice, and I relate well enough with her- and she also has a great rate- even better since I am unemployed - and uninsured.
What should I do in this situation- she was reccomended by a friend- and I do not want to get into it with them as it is a bit uncomfortable to do this- but I probably will in the near future.
This is all within a 2 month period.

Please advise!

Thanks,

/b

I dont know what it means. I do know if that if it happened to me, then I would want to have a really serious conversation with this potential therapist about how this is going to work long term.

As far as rates go - you might have some local community clinics that offer sliding scale therapy. These usually use interns who are just finishing up their schooling, and need the internship hours.

Still - they can still work out well.
