CBT vs Meds vs Combination for OCD in Kids

A brand new article in JAMA, "Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Sertraline, and Their Combination for Children and Adolescents with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: The Pediatric OCD Treatment Study (POTS) Randomized Controlled Trial." obviously is a randomized trial of CBT vs meds vs their combination for OCD in kids. Both CBT and an SSRI were effective but combined treatment was more effective than either alone. The authors end up recommending either CBT or CBT combined with a SSRI for OCD in kids.
