hello, im from mexico, and i want to ask about sertralina, i have an obsesive compulsive disorder, im using sertralina for medical prescription (50mg at day) since 10 days, i feel much better but i have no money to go with the medic and i want to know how much time i need to take the medicine, please, tell me the minimum duration of a complete medication, (2 monts or 6) and the dosage recomended, only to make some ideas. im female,19years old, weight 55kg, i spect your help :)

Sertaline is an antidepressant which is used for the treatment of depression, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, premenstrual disorder, and social anxiety disorder. Side effects include dry mouth, headache, dizziness, tremors, rash, somnolence, constipation, gastrointestinal disorders, and problems with ejaculation in males.

This is why it is so important that any medication questions be primarily directed towards the prescribing doctor, and why med changes off meds should be done under a doctor's supervision, too.
