Behavior OnLine Forums - Online Moderation

Moderating an online community is an interesting and challenging job. Some people are very conscientious about it - because indeed it can be a big responsiblity - and maybe some people take it too seriously and may even let the "power" of that position go to their head.

I feel compelled to mention that copying and reposting someone's messages without their permission is considered very bad form in cyberspace. Some would claim that it is unethical. I'm assuming that you did get permission to do so... and if not, please delete that part of your message.
