Diagnosis
 

I am interested in hearing what tools other professionals utilize in order to develop mental health diagnosis for their clients. I currently do a lot of diagnosis for the courts with domestic violence perpetrators. However, I have been asked to expand the diagnostic element of my practice to include general mental health diagnosis and child mental health diagnosis. It is my preference to utilize validated tools along with my interview and collateral information before determining diagnosis. What are your preferences?
