Well MM, if you believe your own “axiom,” that “people believe what feels good to them - and use their brains to justify it,” then all you’re doing is simply using your brains to justify what feels good b/c that’s what you believe, b/c it feels good, and b/c that’s what “people use their brains to justify” . . . or does that “axiom” just apply to fawning undergrad psych students, and not necessarily to yourself?
