Is the term EMDR trademarked?
 

Hi,

This is not at all a technical question but I couldn't find the information online and finally thought to ask here.

Do you know if the term "EMDR" has a trademark on it? I would think so but don't see the "TM" indicated anywhere in the articles I have.

I have co-authored a manual on a new energy work technique called The ZPoint Process and refer a fair bit to EMDR in it and my editor has asked me to try to find out as we would like to put the TM if it is appropriate to do so.

If you or anyone reading here knows, I would appreciate the information.

I'm pretty sure it is trademarked. Talk to the EMDR Institute at www.emdr.com.
