Any resources for working with patients with DID presentations?

Can Steve or other helping hands provide me some books/ resources that tap on patients with DID/MP presentations?

You should contact Richard Kluft, PhD, MD for his huge background on that. His book Clinical Perspectives on Multiple Personality Disorder is one of the defining texts. Here is the Amazon URL.

My book "Looking through the eyes of trauma and dissociation: An illustrated guide for emdr therapists and clients" may assist. It is an ego state approach, and the book has over 100 original cartoons to help client and therapist communicate about the many preparatory steps to take before trauma work is undertaken.
